Chilean begins trading on the TSX Venture exchange

Chilean Metals (TSX-V:CMCG), a spin-out from Power Metallic Mines (TSX-V:PNPN) has commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange as of 19 February 2026, marking a significant milestone for the company.
Chilean was formed in February 2025 and is focused on mineral exploration across two highly prospective belts in the Americas.
The company’s flagship asset is the wholly owned Golden Ivan property in British Columbia, comprising 13 mineral claims over 797 hectares. Golden Ivan provides the company with near-term exploration focus in one of Canada’s premier mineral jurisdictions.
In Chile, the company holds a portfolio of exploration interests, including the Zulema, Tierra de Oro, Palo Negro, Hornitos, and Tabaco projects, totalling 11,177 hectares, providing Chilean with explosure to a premier Andean metallogenic province.
CEO Conor Lynch says that the listing is a key step to broadening the company’s visibility and access to capital.
“We’re excited to be leveraging our deep back bench of geological talent and the latest exploration technology across two of the most prospective regions in the American Cordillera,” Lynch says.
“With Golden Ivan as our flagship property in British Columbia and a compelling set of assets in Chile, we believe we are well positioned to build a focused exploration company with meaningful discovery upside.”
Chilean Metals was created through a spin-out from Power Metallic Mines, with a focused exploration mandate in the Americas.
Power Metallic remains focused on advancing the Nisk Project Area, towards Canada’s next polymetallic mine.
