What began with a single 6,500 sqm lease has evolved into a strategic relationship encompassing six facilities and over 80,000 sqm of prime industrial space across Victoria.
This expansion has been pivotal to IVE Group’s growth, allowing them to consolidate multiple business units into streamlined precincts. Matt Aitken, Managing Director of IVE Group, has noted that this strategy delivered significant operational efficiencies.
The latest milestone in our partnership is a state-of-the-art 31,579 sqm facility at our Rubix Connect estate. This purpose-built facility enhances IVE Group’s third-party logistics capabilities and strengthens their national operations, marking another step forward in our enduring collaboration.
