Favorable Tolerance Profile and Observed Antitumor Activity
To date, IPH4502 has shown a favorable tolerance profile, with limited hematologic toxicity. This observation supports the hypothesis that the molecule’s proprietary linker causes a slow release of exatecan into the circulation, thus limiting toxicity. Preliminary antitumor activity has been observed in heavily pretreated patients with advanced solid tumors. Objective responses have been reported in urothelial carcinoma following treatment with enfortumab vedotin, as well as in non-small cell lung cancer and squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck.
