(“Majestic” or the “Company”) (TSX.V: MJS, FSE: A0BK1D) announces its financial and operational results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The following financial results are expressed in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

FULL YEAR HIGHLIGHTS

 

FOURTH QUARTER HIGHLIGHTS

  • Revenue was $25.6 million, an increase of 34.8% from $19 million for the FY2024 comparative quarter; 

  • Gross profit from operations was $14.5 million, an increase of 65.1% from $8.8 million for the FY2024 comparative quarter 

  • Net incomewas $3.1 million, a decrease of 16% from $3.7 million for the FY2024 comparative quarter;  

  • Cash flow from operating activities was $13.3 million, a 44.0% increase over the $9.3 million for the FY2024 comparative quarter; 

  • Gold production decreased by 8.3% to 7,134 ounces, from 7,782 ounces produced forthe FY2024 comparative quarter.
