(OTCQB:CASXF) (FSE:0CM) has entered into a strategic partnership with Kalkine Media for a comprehensive digital media and investor awareness campaign.
Under the agreement, Kalkine Media commenced a three-month multi-channel digital marketing campaign on 17 August 2026, for a total consideration of CAD 2,200.
The campaign includes one targeted email campaign, one promotional video, banner and display advertising, and sponsored articles. The campaign will be hosted on kalkinemedia.com/ca, providing Casa Minerals with an additional platform to communicate corporate developments, exploration progress, and other company updates to a broader audience.
The agreement also establishes a structured content approval process. Kalkine Media will prepare content using information provided by Casa Minerals, with all material requiring the company’s prior written approval before publication. During this period, Kalkine Media can use the companys approved names, logos and trademarks solely for the purpose of executing the campaign.
Content-Led Market Communication
The engagement enables Kalkine Media to develop editorial and promotional content aimed at increasing the company’s digital presence while adhering to agreed content standards. Kalkine Media retains editorial oversight and reserves the right to reject or remove content that does not meet applicable legal, regulatory or editorial requirements. Likewise, Casa Minerals may request the removal of content it considers objectionable.
