Power Metallic Mines Inc (TSX-V:PNPN, FRA:IVV1, OTCQB:PNPNF) is well-positioned for a series of development and exploration catalysts in the second half of 2026, according to Noble Capital Markets, which maintained its ‘Outperform’ rating on the company.

The analysts also maintained their US$2.65 price target on the company, which traded hands at about $0.73 on Thursday afternoon.

The analysts wrote that upcoming milestones, including a maiden NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate, a preliminary economic assessment (PEA), ongoing drilling results and a potential US national exchange listing, could support continued progress at the company’s polymetallic Nisk Project in Quebec.

Noble expects the maiden resource estimate by the end of July 2026, followed by a PEA that it anticipates could be completed in December. The firm noted that the recent appointment of mining executive Christopher Beal as vice president of operations strengthens Power Metallic’s technical and operational capabilities as it advances toward engineering studies and potential development.

The analysts also highlighted recent drilling at the Lion Zone, including an intercept of 36.42 metres grading 2.83% copper equivalent, including 6.0 metres grading 12.38% copper equivalent. Noble wrote that the combination of high-grade drill results, strong metallurgical recoveries and multiple target areas indicates the Nisk Project has the potential to become a significant polymetallic mining district.

The note also cited the project’s infrastructure advantages in Quebec, including access to hydroelectric power, government support and strong metallurgical recoveries across its payable metals. Noble added that the company’s fully funded 100,000-metre exploration program, expanded land package and exposure to copper, nickel, platinum group metals, gold and silver support its development outlook.

The analysts wrote that Power Metallic’s balance sheet and support from mining-focused investors leave the company well positioned to continue expanding the project while broadening its institutional investor base.
